ShellBox Case – Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before production or shipment begins.
If your cancellation request is approved at that stage, you will receive a full refund.
Once production has started or the goods have been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Replacements

As a B2B partner, we value long-term cooperation and product quality.
Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging and labels must be included.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization.
All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once your returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to quality issues or our shipping error, we will cover all related shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s reason (e.g. wrong order, change of mind), the buyer shall bear the shipping fee.
  • No restocking fees will be charged for any approved return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any return shipments. We are not responsible for goods lost during the return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the approval notice:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing time may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, please contact our support team at service@shellboxcase.com with your order number.

Notes for B2B Partners

  • Customized or OEM orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
  • For bulk orders, only the defective portion may be eligible for replacement after mutual inspection and confirmation.
  • ShellBox Case reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this policy.
